Sports City Butcher we promise that we will process your prize as if it was our own.

We can process all your wild game needs from elk to bear, moose and deer to bison.
With a full hanging rail, in our own cooler we can achieve the best possible aging for the tenderest meat possible.

At Sports City Butcher we will custom cut your order to your specifications,
steaks roast, tenderloin, chops, ground and delicious sausages.

We will package in quantities and sizes that work for your family and bag, wrap, label and flash freeze for maximum freshness.  
Vacuum packing is also available if desired, at a nominal charge per bag.

Our shop meets the strictest health standards and at Sports City Butcher we keep all our customers game separate.

Deer:  Flat rate $100.00 cut, double wrapped and labeled
Bear:  Flat rate $100.00 cut, double wrapped and labeled
All other game is .75 cents per pound cut, double wrapped and labeled

Sausages $2.00 per lb & pork as needed
Flavors available:  Bratwurst, Chorizo, Hot Italian, Honey Garlic & Onion
